What happens in Docuo? – September 2025

Since we last met in June, we have not only enjoyed the sun and the beach, we have also been working on improvements that will make your day-to-day with Docuo even more productive. Let’s look at them in detail.

A new field available. Say goodbye to formulas.

Before, if you wanted to show the information from a field in your details window, you had to write code and use formulas. Now, with the new “Tab information” field, you can show any data from the tab (totals, averages and so on) with no programming needed.

And that is not all: if you need to, you can display the tab embedded as though it were just another field.

Drop-down lists: what’s new. Access to more categories.

We have improved drop-down lists and there are now two new features available:

• The first lets you hide the create and open document buttons. That way users can see the information but cannot change it, which keeps the database clean. Find out about this new feature here.
• The second feature is even more powerful: you can now configure your drop-down list field to reach more than one Docuo category. That means you can choose documents of several types as needed in each case. Learn how to interconnect your Docuo here.

Mobile experience. Better display.

We have also improved the mobile experience: the “main file” and “status” fields are now buttons. More room, better display.
