For storing and sharing files, yes; for managing processes such as approvals, reviews and expiry dates, along with their associated documents (contracts, invoices and so on), no: that is the difference between storing documents and managing them. A specialised document management system such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.r2docuo.com\/en\/\">R2 Docuo<\/a> adds exactly what shared folders do not do.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-google-drive-and-onedrive-do-well\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What Google Drive and OneDrive do well<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is not about writing them off: for storing files, sharing them with a link and editing in real time with several people at once, they are very useful, inexpensive tools that are already included in subscriptions you are probably paying for.
