What happens in Docuo? – June 2026

Over the past few weeks, we’ve shared one of the most important announcements for the future of R2 Docuo. During the Digital Enterprise Show (DES) in Málaga, our CEO, Jorge Ramírez, introduced a new way to start using our platform: R2 Docuo Apps.

Introducing R2 Docuo Apps: Contracts, Invoices & Quotations

R2 Docuo Apps are preconfigured solutions that let you start working the very same day you subscribe, without the need to implement a project from scratch.

At launch, the catalog includes three applications designed to manage some of the most common business documents:

  • Contracts
  • Invoices
  • Quotations

Each app can be purchased independently from €12/month, allowing every company to choose only the functionality it needs.

Although each app works perfectly on its own, their real value comes when they are used together. For example, from a single client record you can access all related contracts, invoices, and quotations, making it easy to see how every document is connected.

In addition, every R2 Docuo App has been designed to integrate artificial intelligence into every stage of the process, helping teams work more efficiently and boosting productivity.

For companies that want the complete experience from day one, the R2 Docuo Apps Suite will also be available, including all three apps and three user licenses from €50/month.

What changes for existing customers?

With the launch of R2 Docuo Apps, we’re also introducing new pricing plans.

Enterprise customers

Customers currently using the Enterprise plan will be automatically migrated to the new Custom plan.

The new plan keeps exactly the same terms and conditions as before, with one major improvement: it includes all R2 Docuo Apps at no additional cost.

Soon, these apps will be available for activation within existing repositories. We’ll share more information through our usual communication channels.

Professional and Business customers

The Professional and Business plans will be discontinued on January 1, 2027.

Before then, our team will contact each customer individually to plan a smooth transition to the new Custom plan.

The goal of this change is to ensure that every customer has access to the platform’s full capabilities from day one, without feature restrictions between plans.
