What happens in Docuo? – March 2026

We know that, more and more, you need to manage your work documents and information wherever you are.

That is why this quarter we have improved the R2 Docuo mobile experience with new features. We have also added a new device to the list.

If you would rather watch the news in video form, here it is: watch it here.

A new device: the tablet. Work from wherever you like

If you are one of those people doing fieldwork away from a desk, you can now take your tablet with you and use R2 Docuo on it.

Download the app on your iPad or Android tablet and enjoy an experience designed specifically for these devices.

Facial recognition on mobile. Your information, more secure

When you work from your phone, security is essential. To make it even stronger, you can now turn on facial recognition in your R2 Docuo app and get to your information quickly and securely.

The “Share” button on your phone. Simpler, faster

Uploading documents and photos to Docuo from your phone used to mean opening the app first and then loading the file from wherever it was.

Now you can do it far more quickly from wherever you are, uploading any file straight to Docuo with the “Share” button.

Improvements to signing. Everyone in their place

Back on the desktop, we have been working on making your signature processes more powerful.

You can now set the exact spot where you want each person to sign on any document, whether you created it in Docuo or not. It is as easy as selecting the signer, drawing the box where you want them to sign, and that’s it. Here is how to set it up.

A new section on YouTube: “Value in 1 minute”

We have something new on our YouTube channel! Don’t miss our new section, “Value in 1 minute”, where we share real use cases our customers solve with Docuo.

Here is the first video.

See you in the cloud.
