What happens in Docuo? – December 2025

If we had to define this “What’s New at Docuo” in a single word, it would undoubtedly be connection, since over the last quarter we have worked on several connectors that will make your day-to-day work with Docuo even more efficient. Let’s take a closer look at them and explore some other new features.

Google Drive Connector. Your information, synchronized

You no longer need to download your files from Docuo and manually upload them to Google Drive. Now, with the simple action shown below, they will be sent automatically. This is especially useful if you need to consolidate historical data.

SharePoint Connector Improvements. Your data to Power BI (and more)

You’ve been asking us for a Power BI connector for quite some time, but what we’ve prepared is even better. You will no longer need a specific connector, because the SharePoint connector now includes metadata synchronization.

What does this mean? Every night, Docuo will send all the metadata you need to your SharePoint. There, you’ll find it in Excel format and you’ll be able to connect it directly to Power BI or any other business analytics tool, such as Tableau.

R2AI Assistant. New line chart

The R2AI assistant keeps getting better! You can now ask it to create a new type of chart: line charts. Although they are similar to bar charts, line charts allow you to see data trends more clearly.
